• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
• All U.S. orders are shipped with a tracking code via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
• Please note: Orders that include full-size bottles and samples may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
Estimated Delivery Time
• Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is shipped.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier conditions.
Tracking Your Order
• Once dispatched, your order will include a tracking code that allows you to follow your package in real time until delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
• Due to carrier regulations, perfumes are classified as hazardous materials and can only ship by ground within the continental United States.
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@toguez.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
• Toguez Parfums is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
