At Toguez Parfums, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While all of our fragrances / samples are crafted and delivered with care, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary.
Eligibility for Returns
• Return Window: You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee
• All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned items.
Return Shipping
• Toguez Parfums provides free return shipping for all eligible returns.
• A prepaid return label will be issued once your return request has been authorized.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after the return is received.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
• Defective or incorrect items must still be returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and a prepaid shipping label.
